Cybear - don't you consider the Patriots a hometown team? I mean I know the Bruins suck, as long as Jacobs owns the team I will never go back, and the Celtics are a distant memory - but the Patriots are a DYNASTY!

10 games back......yeah, well I guess that goes well with the 10 straight division titles. Maybe we can just sneak in the playoffs this year like the sox usually do. Defensive mechanisms jumping out there.....I'll admit this year has been a major heartbreaker so far.

I hate the Red Sox with a passion but they are a good team and they might win it all this year. I hate saying that because i am a die hard Yankees fan.

Everyone hates the Yanks so much, because "they buy their team". But The Sox are doing the exact same thing. God, I hate the red soxs

I hope the Red Sox don't get Alex Rodriguez i know arod won't be a yankee next year so that usually means you will be a red sox

BR77R; Why do you hate the Red Sox? I mean - they gave the Yankee's Babe Ruth, Sparky Lyle, Mike Stanton, Wade Boggs, Roger Clemens, the 1978 pennant. They left Wakefield on the mound in 2003 - they allowed A-Rod to become a Yankee because they "just had to restructure that contract". And their general manager trades away future hall of famer's like they were duplicate baseball cards. What are you worried about? You should LOVE the Red Sox. But don't be dissin' my PATRIOTS! i have never been a red sox fan and i never will. i can't stand the patriots either but they are one hell of a football team. they have a shot at winning it this year but Randy Moss might be the cancer they haven't been looking for. My favorite college team is Michigan and my favorite QB was Tom Brady so it is hard to root against him now that he is with the Pats but i just dont see them winning another ring.
