Good morning. I plan on doing some more cleaning, today. I have had a good time with it. I feel rested and it has been nice to see Crazy Cat take to the bathroom sink and Lady to lay down by my computer desk. Kathy has went to see her parole officer and has just one more visit after to day. I found out that she ran out of gas on the road and I guess it is up to me to try to get it back.

I'm taking it verrrry easy today. I had trouble resting over the weekend and I don't want to end up in the hospital.

It was a long three mile walk in this unbearable heat but a good neighbour gave me a ride part of the way and had a good funnel. Unfortunately for me State Farm wasn't there and Triple A said that they would bring the gas if we had money to pay them when the rescue vehicle got there. I am glad I had saved a gallon of gas to make it to the gas station and put a quarter tank of gas in the vehicle. I had learned from prior experience that they will just tow your vehicle if it is in the road and charge you for the tow bill and lot rent to you pay your bill. But at least she made it to see her parole officer and then she brings me some biscuits and gravy. It is sure nice to be in the air conditioner now and I agree with the guy who let me use his funnel, "Its really not a good day to be walking in this heat."

I have been taking it easy for two weeks now. Today is the last day of my vacation. Tomorrow I have to go back to my job. But I have managed to get some good cleaning in. Good morning, friends.

Good morning Roy and mingle friends... Is the heat ever going to end? It's almost unbearable with the high humidity.. We got 5" of rain Monday night in less than 3 hrs.. The airport and several highways were shut down because of flooding, many people had to leave their homes... Found out my insurance will replace my windshield with no deductible on my part..YEA!

Good morning, Mingle friends! I've been up since 7 (late for me) but I'm finally here. Going to be triple digits here again today; I have to go grocery shopping. I doubt if tomorrow's going to be any cooler so I might as well get it over with. Have a great day!

Good morning Roy, another triple digit today...Air is sooo heavy you can't breathe outside.. I've been going in the pool around 7 in the evening and it really cools down and relaxes the body.. Makes sleeping better... Hope you all are safe and cool in this weather..Have a great day!
