When an innocent 4 year old girl can have her lemonade stand shut down because of some legal bs, than no one is safe. If they came for her, they'll come for you too. I wonder If this applies to produce as well? Tomotos,Corn and so on. Do you have to have a FDA Permit?

Do you have to have a FDA Permit? its probably a state issue just like hairdressing, in some states you must be licensed, in others you dont have to be(Depending upon what type of hairdressing you are doing) same with photography,,etc,,, |

Do we consider that there were GOOD reasons why they think a permit is reasonable? OR are they automatically bad because they told someone they cant do something....? or worse yet that they had to do the same thing everyone else has to do...? |

I know some ppl here in KY that was fined for no permit for a yard sale. Don't even get me started on that. Here in this area you're limited to having like 1 or 2 garage sales a year. It's a total farce. Absolute power, corrupts absolutely. People need to start waking up. |

People need to start waking up. permits allow the city to collect revenue. the city provides services for citizens and those services cost money. you are free to travel anywhere in the continental united states without a permit. try living in an unpopulated area, i'm sure you will soon see that garbage pick up, emergency services, electrical, water, sewage, and several other things you are taking for granted will not be available |
