Is this the national past time?! I can't say a I know anyone personally that can get anywhere ON time, much less ahead of time.

Sorry, I am that one always on time :-)
Simply because I never presume that my
time is more valuable than anyone else's.

It depends upon how late. I can admit to being a few minutes past the EXACT digits on the clock more likely than not. I can attribute that to how clocks can often(And usually) not be completely synchronized between one spot and another.


OTher than that, ID say it depends upon the consequence. If there doesnt seem to be any SIGNIFICANT reason to be somewhere at a certain time(like, when you were coming on time, you were still wAITING for whatever it was you were supposed to be a part of to start), people learn to adapt based upon necessity.


If I dont need to be there and it doesnt seem I am NEEDED There at the time given, I may tend to stop taking precise punctuality so seriously for that particular event/situation/person.

Jobs where work starts at a certain time(or setup for work) , which are PAYING for my time,,, Im not gonna be late.

I'm sorry...I'm usually 5 minutes late

Speaking of being late...

My best friend told me today that she has an app on her Iphone for her period. Seriously! I was like..."Do you put the phone down there and snap a pic or what?" Apparently she finds it pretty useful.

that would be useful for those of us who are forgetful or for whom one day blends into the next....lol

I usually cant remember when I last had mine, so its not so weird

She got it after she took a vacation to South Padre' Island and couldn't go in the ocean for fear of "Chumming the waters" (her phrase) Now she puts in a start time and end time twice and after that it tracks it for her.

Well,,to be honest here,,,I'd settle to just HAVE a CHANCE to BE LATE to ON TIME,,,,,IF I EVER HAD A FUCTION OF THAT NATURE!!!!!!!

First one MUST have a date and TIME to even be AWARE of a TIME!!!!!

I'm pretty good about being on time. If I'm going to be late to something, I will call and let the person know I'm running late.

I expect the same from others, but most people don't do that.
