I always have enough money to cover my half and will always offer to pay my half. If they insist on paying, that's up to them.

Gosh I must be old or old school, one! haha I've paid for dates but only after dating a while when it was my dates birthday or some special occasion. I don't mind it though.

When it's the first date and we really don't know each other, I don't expect him to pay, so I always offer. My offer is not always accepted, though.
Later on, we'll switch off on who pays sometimes. Depends on who plans the date! |

I always like to pay for myself and don't mind paying for others others....but first dates I always make sure I can pay just in case his card is declined

usually I will let them pay (let's say for dinner) and if we go out for drinks or something after, I will say it's on me.

I have always believed that whoever invites should be paying. Would be silly if the girl said HEY lets go out to a movie and dinner and then a show or what not..then make him pay ..lol Id have to say "hey lets go to France" in the case lol
