it's called a grilled cheese sammich. not fried cheese sammich. it gets brown and toasted. o.O i might just make one right now and post a picture as proof. haha. It's better with butter, trust me. And use real, salted butter, none of that fake crap. It toasts up all golden brown and delicious. If I had some tapioca bread, I would cook some up and post the pics.

You got to use real butter. You also have to cut the sandwich diagonoly. This ensures better dipping in the tomato soup. Which is a must..........

A grilled cheese takes three things: Bread, grated cheese and butter. If it doesn't have those three ingredients, then it's not a grilled cheese, it's crap.
