As most Pick Up Artists (PUA) will tell you it is possible to be too sweet. Cocky and funny apparently seems to be more effective in getting and keeping a girl's attention. Now whether or not that is a good or bad thing depends on what you do with it. They just don't fall in your lap and you still have to be yourself,(They are not stupid) but it seems to help promote chemistry.

Am I a PUA? Not a chance. I was just curious about rejection, so I checked into it a little.blushing

I've been told that too. I think it's code. When they speak in code, that indicates to me that they are into games and drama, so I run away from them quickly. As far as family pics go, if you're in them, I don't see a problem, if you're not, you may want to take them off.

I never bothered to learn it. I don't have tolerance for childish games and nonsense. I'd rather find me a nice real, mature lady. It has worked out well, my love doesn't play games or any such nonsense, she's truly the best thing in my life. :)

I'd forget the little virtual gifts when you're writing to new people.

Your profile should be about you, not your family.

Thank you for the advice...

Saying you are "too sweet" is her way of letting you down gently. It means she's not interested without being direct. Kind of like "it's me, not you" or "I'm not ready for a relationship right now"
