I move all over the place when I sleep. That might be why I always wake up tired, I move around more when I'm asleep than awake. lol

I almost always sleep on my back with my hands clasped over my chest. I used to sleep in a similar position as you or in the position of "the Koala".
I also as a kid used to move around in my sleep A LOT. So much so I fell off the bed quite often. I also had a lot of mattresses on my bed so my bed was up a lot higher than a normal bed. I got several concussions this way. |
