Could This Really Be

As I sit here pondering over my past
I wondered what I must do to find a love to last.
I searched and I searched but I couldn't find
What I really Wanted, what was in my mind.

Then one night while browsing this site
I openened my email and like a bolt from the night
There you were, just out of the blue
You opened up to me, and I to you.

We spoke of our past and dreams of the future
We smiled at each other, our hearts we did nuture.
We talked about trust and we talked about pain
And we both knew we didn't want to go through that again.

We dicided to meet because we both knew
Our feelings were strong, Could they also be true?
With me being cautiious, and not so carefree
We decided it was best if you came here to meet me.
I wonder to myself, could this really be?

Hi, sweet Sandy. Thank you all for the congradulations.Sandy and I had kept it quiet , mainly because we were both shy and wasnt sure how eachother felt, untill 3 days ago, although we used to chat with each other through e-mail, with out a real hint that would let us know how we felt. Then 3 days ago, the dam broke and our feelings came rushing out, and I am very happy about that. But will be even happier next month, Labor day weekend we will meet. The time we had to chat here inthe forums and e-mails gave us the opportunity to get to know each other more, before realizing why that was important.
