Uh... I dunno where you're getting that from 'willing2'. Obama smoked pot when he was younger, might still now. I'm pretty sure he'd be for legalization.
he is still obliged to enforce Federal law,and they haven't changed, regardless that he was the King Of Choom in College!
And the way he went at Arizona and any other State who were trying to enforce federal Immigration Laws might be a little taste what awaits any State trying to enforce the Laws of their State, since they clash with federal Law!

Um, yeah, the Constitution does give the federal government authority over the states.

WRONG!

The 10th amendment says otherwise!

The FED uses the commerce clause to usurp powers from the states that the constitution denies them! That is how they justify their actions, using a loophole they have defined and altered to make work for them.

The states have the power within their boundries, but the FED covers commerce law, so now everything is considered "commerce" to them!

Nullification is becoming very popular in many states now, telling the FED to go FK themselves!

Until you get to the 10th amendment of the constitution. I don't think the constitution bans pot since the framers of said constitution were pot heads.

They were.

The constitution istself is printed on hemp paper!!

We are an accepting bunch here. I feel about weed as I do about alcohol so and the latter is legal so why not.

I don't smoke it or even like the smell of it at all though.

And I can legally have it with my health issues.

except that argument is false

It is spouted by anti government nuts but there is no legitimacy to it.

Well this is how feel about it just make it legal in every state and tax it which would give Obama more to spend. Since we are so unable to get out of the spending trend.
