Most people don't last beyond March with the gyms but I have been on a fitness regime and healthy eating since 2007 and still workout on a regular basis. I did not over indulge at all and ate salads while my friends ate pizza, ate fruit while others ate pastries, cakes, chocolate, drank very little alcohol while others drank excessively. Did not lose pounds but lost inches which makes me quite happy.

I don't think I would look good in a dress.

If you get a training buddy, you can last a long time. drinker Accountability and motivation are important if you're not already in an exercise routine.

Yeah; I have heard my friends say they need a work out buddy to stay motivated. My motivation is my health. Seen way too many people my age getting ill or dropping dead; so I am motivated to workout on my own.

I don't need a buddy either. I stopped training four months ago due to foot surgery (he didn't want me on it) and now I am trying to re-establish a good routine. Easy does it!

I need to put more weight ON, if anything. If only there was a way. laugh. I may have to have botox injected into my hips, just to look curvier. I want curves.
