Hmmm I also have a neighbour who still thinks that mullets are in......I think I will make up stories about him next....

my creepy neighbor went off her meds and stabbed her husband.After his recovery ,he moved back in with her and they subsequencly moved.Now ,at the moment I have no creepy neighbors except for the mentally ill couple and their roomate.They aren't really creepy,just way off the beam.

used to be this one dude next door who freaked out at his dog barking ran out in long johns and a shotgun ,shot the dog and proceeded to fill his truck with bullet holes as well. then it's like he calmly smoked a cigarette and lumbered up the steps to his trailer.. at 6:15 a.m.

When I was a kid we had a creepy neighboor that used to watch us kids- through binoculars out her window...

Morning till dark- she would watch.

We could tell she was there by the glint of sun off the lenses
of her binoculars.

So we used to wave at her once and awhile, and roar off laughing
when she would jump back from the window... like there was no
way we could see her.

This is a true story...

The neighboor lady on the other side used to peak through the fence at us and take pictures.

I pretended to be watering the bushes one day by the fence, and
soaked her good! I had a hard time not laughing when she started
screeching...

And yes this was also a true story...

I had some pretty creepy and weird neighboors when I was a kid.
