anywho.. the day is done and dusk is falling.. 3.5 more days to go and we're at a LONG USA weekend.. THIS one I'll get off from noon Flyday YAY

hey KiK.. yup.. had curly hair all my life and well.. twirling tends to make the ringlet that much longer and more evident..

it was a quiet evening.. the kind I like.. although my youngest did call up just before bed to share some disconcerting news.. and of course sleep was slightly elusive after that..

however today is another day.. dull, dreary and grey.. but me 'n the pooch had an enjoyable long walk regardless I feel I'm approaching a crossroads.. and I'm yet undecided as to which road I'll be on.........

we ended up loosing electricity for awhile cuz of the thunder storm.. those are some of THE best light shows ever.. mind you.. the pooch was trying to crawl into my skin cuz she was so afraid

oh and.. today has already started on a brighter note

I start a bunch of projects then go crash on couch 'n watch DVD's all day long

seriously though.. it IS a lot of work owning a home.. I thought I'd have help from either of my kids, their mates OR my OWN mate.. but that's not how its unfolding SO.. I make a list and try taking one off a day(or every 2) depending how many work contracts I have AND how much taxiing I have to do..

bottom line? my motto is.. (cuz it NEVER ends LOL)
I don't sweat it if I CAN'T finish it immediately.. tomorrow is another day and I'll get to it when I can.. there's only so many hours in a day and I refuse to beat myself up over things I can't control!

and people wonder why I'm still single..

there's never any TIME and I thought after the kids were gone I'd HAVE a life.. HA.. yeah.. thought wrong!!

and the frogs have invaded again.. tupid amphibians.. I've put in a request to all the outdoor pals I feed to kindly gobble 'em whole if they see or hear 'em.. I can hear 'em now and they sound in really good form so.. figure I must be feeding my 'pals' too well.. wonder if I skipped a meal.. hmmm...
it's not easy putting a hit on a frog ya know.. specially when living in Quebec
