Hello all, I'm very new in the dating world, and I joined this site about a week ago. I met 3 people online already and their story is almost exactly the same, the only difference one out of the 3 has 3 kids instead of one. 2 are from the US and one from Canada. Could this be fake,? But they send me their pic and the kids. I'm so confuse and really lost. Any advise ?

Some are genuine, just use common sense. If you think their scammers just report them to mingle. Welcome and have fun.

scammers are easy to spot if you know what to look for in their emails or profiles

That's the thing. I don't know what to look for. But it just happened these 3 guys are orphans and either their wife died of cancer or the wife decided to leave

well if they start asking for money then you know it's a scam!

I would be careful. If they ask for money report them on here.

Sounds like scammers. I had a few myself and didn't fall for it. They send you lengthy emails. Most stories are almost the same. They will ask for money and say they work out of town etc. Report and block them cause they keep trying.

There's a few things to look for in "scammers".

One is poor English skills.

Another is very quickly trying to get you to talk to them off site.

Long "poor me" type sob stories usually involving money woes is another.

And of course asking for money or banking information is probably the biggest one of all.

It's sad that some people do fall for their BS

One guy decided to borrow 200. $ to feed his daughter, he's out of the country for business in Nigeria. He's a business man, he called his bank in Canada and it will take 10 days, I asked him about credit card and he said that Nigeria doesn't accept his MasterCard
