Sorry Don, no coffee here, I don't drink it.. Weather not co-operating for fireworks today..70% chance of rain...We've had thunderstorms all week, starting to have flooding problems in the area..had over 4"of rain in an hour the other evening.. |

Story of my life, have to make my own coffee. That't OK, I like it STRONG, HOT & BLACK. Yup, I like my coffee strong enough to stand up, shake my hand, and introduce itself before I drink it. I do put cream and sweetener in it, though. Today I'm having it with an ibuprofen chaser... stupid lower back hurts when I get up in the mornings. I'm healthy and in good shape... I probably just need to hit the gym harder and work on abs/erector muscles. I swear this is the closest I ever feel to my actual age. Just that first hour in the morning.

Morning Minglers, Starting to be a nice day, 80's , maybe a shower.. We have had way tooo much rain recently, send it somewhere where they need it ....lol No plans for today, just lounging around and in the pool...
 ViaMusica, becareful of your back.. Mine started that way and I ended up having surgery.. A fusion, stenosis removed and a titanium brace on my lower 3 vertebra.. You might want to get it checked before you hit the gym harder... |

When I consciously tighten my abs and stand up straighter, the pain abates, so I'm pretty sure it's just a muscular imbalance. Might see a chiropractor about it, but I'm pretty tuned-in to my body.
I'm going to have a nice deep-tissue massage on Tuesday night, so that should help some. When my back hurts like that, I generally have a big palpable knot right where the pain is. Massage relieves it and makes the knot subside. |

Good morning to my mingle friends...
 Not much going on here, people still shooting off fireworks...Still getting rain off and on... Spent yesterday afternoon in the pool and the did some shopping.. Trying to shop the holiday sales for some new clothes, I'm down almost 3 sizes now...found some great bargins.. Hope you all are having a great weekend...stay cool!  |
