my good boy fanta
675 per week amazing number
how many years will take out 12 million people here
plus the other who are still coming in
i just want to see real enforcement, i want to see a real and general action
that won't happen
i just went to california, my homeboys are all over the place walking in trhe street, waiting in home depot for a job, buying in wallmart. Cops, FBI, Homelane security, everybody knows where they are, nobody moves a finger.
The only conlusion i can get is that the government want them here.
gardenforge, illegal as word can be interpreted in too many ways. that is my last word to you. I rather debate with fanta from whom i can learn way more.

i said that because i've known several people who have been deported several times and several times have come back. If she does that it just will ridiculize the homeland security. It would be hillarious for me.
Cowardly because they used 15 agents, to get a single female with no guns. For me was more a show to feed those against my homeboys

you might think i'm crazy by saying this but why is the ameican government the bad guy when they have lighter immigration laws than mexico. why is not the mexican government the bad guy for not building a stronger economy and providing better living conditions for their proud citizens. can you see where americas policies are coming from just a little bit? the united states is one of the most lenient countries as far as immigration.

because is financially convenient for the government
why mexico does not have a stronger economy ot any other latin american country?
because our governments are corrupt
because the rich want to be richer
because USA buy raw materias at rotten egg prices, and then sell back final products at outrageous prices.
etc, etc, etc

A couple years ago, I had a discusion with some friends. They were talking about immigrating to Canada. I asked why they would make such a decision. They were gay, a couple, and all they wanted was the same equal opportunities at a life together as every hetero couple.

I asked them why they did not think those rights were worth fighting for, right here, in their own country. Basically they just didn't want to bother, they just wanted to live a good life together, work, friends, community, a home and no fear that anything they built together would or could be taken away.

I pointed out that if someone did not fight to change things, than their 'good life' came at the cost of many others who would not have such a good life. We discused a while longer and I think they felt a bit ashamed, for they have not moved and they have never talked of it again.

Running away is rarely the best answer. If she has so much fight in her, so much passion to make things change, why not fight the fight, where it can do the most good. In her own country. By fighting to change her country, she fights for many who could never benefit from the fight she wages over immigration to this country.

I admire her courage and her tenacity and her strength, but I believe that she wages a battle for the wrong thing. I'm happy she was not hurt, and I'm sorry she is separated from her son, and I hope some how she can see the value she could provide to so many more by using all that passion to change the wrongs within her own country.

that's all i'm saying LW. none of the american politicians are ever going to allow every single one of the illegal immigrants to be deported so it's going to come down to what they do settle on. if they opened up the U.S. borders(assuming that there are enough jobs for everyone)to anyone as long as they reported to the government to fill out the necessary paperwork so that they had records of everyone coming in and the government could collect their taxes from their paychecks do you think that the majority of the people would do that?

Something should be done about illegal's running around, but nothing will because our elected officials are too busy kissing their own ass.

ok, i'm glad i know where you stand now. thanks.

the only unfortunate part about that whole scenario is that at the present time the job market for unskilled labor isn't going to support an influx and even skilled positions are at a premium.

now king breeze is showing an arguement with more sense and basis, to take measurements about illegal immigration

i hope you see where i'm coming from. if there aren't enough jobs to go around and our social programs barely help the citizens that are already here all of a sudden immigration becomes a bigger issue than it ever was. it's not about not wanting immigrants it becomes an issue of being able to support everyone with at least the necessities.

then i come back again
don't you think that allowing this "illegals" to work and pay taxes it will help the economy with more revenue?

definitely....if there are jobs to support the influx.
