so you need to believe it & own it, its just like sales and your the product its easy to sell a product
that you believe in, you need to be good for yourself before your good for somebody else, so the
product virtually sells itself.

you have to get that confidence from with in yourself and it shouldn't be determined on just a pretty face.

I was like that with money and I was two differnt people in terms of confidence.

Also you get out of life that you put in and I see this as a big problem if your constantly going to look

for others (boyfriends)for "reassurance" that you dont believe anyways. You will be the weak link in your
unions.
Many woman cheat in relationships as they age and are looking for the approvel of others, generally

younger mens attention is the most rewarding.they may very well still be getting lots of reassurance at

home but it not the opinion she desires anymore.

so take it serious, with lots of selfcare &mindfulness.

If you're selling yourself well, then not much needs to be tweaked, because you're already marketable.
