Make up your mind, you're either in or out! If a relationship is failing, why is it failing ? Don't you owe it to yourself and the other person involved to comitt one way or the other. Rule of thumb don't start something new until you have finished what you were doing, things can get too messy and someone is bound to end up being hurt.

If the relationship is over, then work out an amicable split, get
any legal work that needs to be done out of the way, separate and
live on your own while you move on and seek a new relationship.

That is always a way of ending which can be respected by anyone.
This includes self-respect and the respect of your ex.

Like ese says...you can't bail and abandon ship at the same time
so if you must abandon ship then do it in an orderly and honorable
way.

@1CYNDERELLA
What would be the point of hanging onto one while looking for another? That could be taken as wanting your cake and eating it too.

It's also not very fair to keep her out of the loop when making a decision this big. Doesn't she deserve the right to move on too if it's over?

if u are in a losing relationship then that means that u have already tried to make things work. But for me at the end of the day I hate being alone and i do not carry baggage to the next relationship. Everybody out here are not weak minded and sit around and mope about a lost relationship that u did all u could to save it. And if u are about to leave someone for all the right reasons, are u responsible to have to tell them if they should find someone else?

you are absolutely right, "not everybody out here is weak and sits around and mope about a lost
relationship"
and most people can stand on there own feet when its time to be a man, in this case
and deal with the reality of it, that your going to break up and she may be sleeping with
someone and your not.
now that represents strength to me, nobody said it doesn't hurt.

but what your doing just reeks weakness, insecurity, cowardly, not to mention selfishness
possibly recklessness & greed alone with lying & cheating deception.

I mean that's about the seven evil sins,

So what got you in to politics anyhow, I mean good chose as you have all the prerequisites.

personally I think that's a disgusting think to do to a person

I don't even do that to strangers when their looking to fill a long term position

and I'm just trying to fill in a month as I have way better commitments around the corner.

knowing the fact that often they will pass on you, so I may end up sitting that month.

its called being able to look at yourself in the mirror & show your face anywhere.

oh and a wouldn't care about any woman that for financial reasons your cohabiting space

and she f.......n you off as to not being answerable to you if it suits her, mental abuse, she says

she's so done with you ....then who cares even if you use each other for sex ever few days, if that your thing.

but that's not what your talking about!
oh and next time you want to go on a "who's more jealous men or woman thread"
use the I word as in you & don't paint us all with you tainted brush ,YOU DONT REPESENT US!
saying stuff like.... well let me reword it for us men that basically don't want to no men like you
......you hold in your jealous emotions then you cheat to restore you coincidence. ..

wow... how does that look, now your not hidding behind a group...now its you...and
were not claiming you.

if you portray strength then I most be Hercules!
peace》《 out

If u are in a relationship that u know is gradually going down the drain, what is wrong with finding someone else before u break up with them? flowers

Dating someone is not really "serious" relationship. Only if you are married, you should end it first/divorce, before starting any New relationship. Most people date more than one person at a time, especially off these date site. Imo

It's incredibly selfish and says a lot about your personal character and moral compass to continue in a relationship that you have no love or passion for the other person. If the love is gone, if there is no future for you with that person then be a good human being and end it.

And yet, while it is selfish many people do exactly what the OP is asking about.

THAT DOESN'T MAKE IT LESS DISHONEST.

Did I say it did? Nope! I was pointing out that it is happening and it is something that A LOT of people are doing.

So what your point??laugh

You mean to tell me I have to have a point on this site? When the hell did that rule come into effect? grumble laugh
