how are your toes doing, tell me all about it, I want to here everything.

I noticed you said ( A ) bad pedicure as in one toe? (singular)
(I don't know anything about pedicures) so do you
think the other one is having sympathy pains or is just sick of the
other one complaining all the time.
are they right next to each other? because then I could see it.
thank you:smile:

Complaining about complaining is STILL COMPLAINING !
HAHAHAHAHAHA !
rofl

I'm not complaining about complaining. I am trying to be more aware of the different ways we manifest and create our personal reality and perceptions of our reality.

Pay attention today of how many times you complain or hear others complain about their life.... notice it.

This is what their attention is focused on, and this is what they create.

The Dream never lies....

Verbalizing negative words or experiences gives weight to our belief of low self-esteem...if you hear it out loud...it becomes harder to deny and overcome...yet it takes 23 individual facial muscles to form a smile....yet 6 will do to b..ch slap someone.....either reaction helps venting....just sayin..:) Live like your dying, cause you/we are.... flowerforyou frustrated

I'm not saying that it is 'wrong' to complain. I am evaluating what the act of complaining is creating in our personal perception of reality. Quantum reality implies that what we observe and believe and keep our attention on is what we create and perceive as "reality." Reality is our perceptions. We create and perceive it with our thoughts, intentions, beliefs and observations. The illusion of the Dream is reality because we believe it is. Change your attention, change your attitude, and you will change your reality.

The heel of my foot started hurting two days ago and I don't know why. I'm pretty sure it wasn't because I started complaining about it. I only started to complain after it started to hurt. But I have done something about it. I thought about cutting my foot off. But that would hurt worse. So instead of that once I noticed I had a gel insert under my orthotic insert. I pulled them both out and put the orthotic under the gel insert. My foot feels much better on the gel instead of the plastic orthotic.

I try to complain as much as possible. I don't want it all building up until I explode because someone might get hurt laugh

jeanne you could turn your complaint upside down (I like the way klc put that) by saying that fortunately your toes will heal soon and next time you plan to treat yourself to a relaxing footmassage & professional pedi :)flowerforyou

Rule #5 No complaining.

No complaining about products or services. If you are having a problem with a product or service, an honest inquiry will go a lot further than an angry complaint. Think of how Colombo used to get to the heart of the matter with his persistent inquiries.

No complaining about your current predicament. You must realize that you are responsible for creating it. The moment you acknowledge this, you can key the moment as a starting point for finding a solution.

Keying the moment is where you stop and take a moment to acknowledge the fact that this is where you are and this situation is what it is. You are completely responsible and in control of how you will react and how you will feel, and what you will do, think and feel next. The past does not exist, you can’t change it. The future does not exist, you have not created it yet.

This is the power of the moment and it is in your hands.

But I did figure out a solution to my problem. I switched around the inserts in my shoe. Now my foot feels better while I'm wearing my shoes. Problem solved.

One problem I can't seem to solve is my back hurting. It would help if I knew what caused it maybe. I do know one thing about it. I will never again take an anti-inflammatory for it again. I can manage it as it is. But doing that made it hurt a lot worse and I have my theories on why. It's not because of gremlins either. hahaha

I know you're not joking. I know people have benefited from yoga. But I just like the fire thing. Regardless I don't know of any places that do yoga where I live and I don't really have the money to do it anyway.

All you need is a simple book on yoga.

Or a good chiropractor or dry needle acupuncturist.

Another way to correct back problems is with small exercise balls that you put under your neck and roll down your spine.

It depends on what is causing the pain too. It could be a single pulled muscle that needs a few days of rest or a single muscle relax pill.

Ask for the cure and it will come.

I went to a doc who gave me an anti-inflammatory and that made it hurt worse than it did before. He said I had an inflamed disc. My theory on the pill making it worse is that the inflammation is actually causing a bit of a cushion for a nerve it is pinching. When I take one of those pills the inflammation went down and cause greater pressure on that nerve and there for more pain.

To have a doc of any sort do anything to it I would need money and to get the money I need a job. I sell stuff on ebay but that is really slow. I've been trying to get pictures on a stock photo site to see if I can make some money that way. To be perfectly honest at this point if I could get a few girls to pose nude for me I would be selling those picture or trying to so I had an more steady income.

Also BTW, this isn't a new pain either. I've had this since Jr. High I think and I'm currently 36 years old. It's not a new thing to me at all. The weird thing is that it started after I slept on a egg cart foam rubber mattress thing that was supposed to be good for you back. I guess I proved that theory wrong. hahaha

I am trying to get things going so I can take care of what I need to take care of. But it's a slow process. But I'm working on it.

I hardly ever complain much. When I do, it's only when something real bad affects me. Like feeling too hot, or feeling way ill. I won't go on about it, though. I may mention it once, but that's about it. I learned to take most stuff on the chin. It's why I like to use humor a lot.
