If your wife is healthy, as in not terminally ill nor recovering from some disease etc, I don't think you're expecting too much at all.
How you deal with it, is another issue. |

Intimacy is part of marriage, unless your wife is ill, (physically or emotionally) it is not to much to ask... If your therapist thinks it is... it's time to get a new therapist because this one is a quack, and will never help save your relationship... Perhaps you should consider a sex therapist if this is the main issue... |

spounds like these 2 husbands are not sexually attractive to their wives or doing what needs to be done to make her want to have sex....perhaps experience for the wives has been that it's not that great with you. A good self examination of your own ability to please your woman is probably in order
BTW talking about how your wife does not find you sexually attractive is not the best way to advertise yourself on a dating site .... lol...a cheater and a lousy lover???? Oh hotdiggity can I please be first in line....lol  in all honesty it simply sounds like she's just not that into you |

 maybe did you take in to account when is the last time you said she was beautiful , dated her or made her to feel like your queen ? do you spend time with her doing something she likes ? thousand and one questions to ask yourself before the therapist .
