Obama Immigration Department Responsible For Another Death

Vanessa Pham, a 19-year old woman is dead because Obama’s Immigration Department, once again, failed to do their job. Instead of following their own laws as written, they simply ignore the rules and allow illegal immigrants to go back on the streets instead of being deported for illegally entering the United States. As a result of this, Vanessa Pham is now dead.

By all accounts, Vanessa was a kind-hearted person and this is likely what got her killed. A man begged her for a ride to the hospital along with his sick 1-year old daughter and she agreed. The problem was that the man was high on PCP at the time and ended up stabbing her 13 times, leaving her for dead after the car crashed into a ravine.

Despite this being a horrible tragedy in and of itself, the murderer was an illegal alien who had been picked up by the police three months before this incident. According to the law, he should have been deported for entering the country illegally.

However, Obama’s Immigration Department chose to simply throw him back out on the streets. And the ultimate result is that now Vanessa is dead, a gruesome, painful death that could have so easily been avoided had the authorities been less interested in sucking up the Obama Administration’s idea of allowing illegals to stay in the country free and clear and not enforcing the law.

Incidentally, this all happened three years ago. It is only now coming to light and being reported because the murderer was picked up by police for an unrelated matter. Back in 2010 Julio Miguel Blanco-Garcia embarked on a series of really stupid actions. They began when he took his one-year old daughter with him to buy $400 worth of PCP cigarettes. Then, after smoking three of them, he decided to take his daughter to the mall. With this much PCP in his system, Julio clearly had a case of severe PCP intoxication.

Next, Julio decided that either both him and his daughter were sick and wanted to go the hospital. It was at this point that he found Vanessa at the mall and begged her for a ride to the mall. Vanessa, being sympathetic to the case of a sick baby, agreed. Of course, there was no way for her to have known what was to come next.

The rest of the story comes from Blanco-Garcia himself during a police confession. He said that she made a wrong turn on the way to the hospital. This led him to the paranoid delusion that she was going to either hurt his daughter or call the police. So, he ended up stabbing this poor young woman 13 times. Vanessa lost control of the car and ended up crashing into a ravine, which is where she died from the loss of blood. Tragic.

Three months before Blanco-Garcia killed this innocent young woman he had been picked up by the police for public intoxication. He was even held in a county jail for several hours. But, the brainiacs in law enforcement and immigration did not get their ducks in a row, and he was simply released back onto the street to do whatever additional damage he may.

The question needs to be asked why didn’t the police deliver this man to Immigration Officials? Why wasn’t he deported for entering this country illegally?

After all, this is the law of the land. It seems as if we have gotten to the point in America where law enforcement follows only those laws they want to enforce. The rest, they either throw out or simply ignore. Sadly, stories like this are becoming only too common.

Obama’s Immigration department has already admitted to releasing hundreds of illegal immigrants with felonies. So, this is not really anything new.

If officials had done their jobs, then Vanessa would still be alive, Julio would not be going to prison for 49 years, and his little girl would not be destined to grow up without a father. Another preventable tragedy.

The blood for this one is squarely on the shoulders of the law enforcement community, DHS and Barry.

There are literally thousands of such cases. Illegals are responsible for hundreds of deaths a year due to DUI's, robberies, and drug crimes.
We don't need "new" policies, just enforce what's already on the books.
But Obama thinks he is a "king" and CHANGES law instead of enforcing laws as is the requirement under the Constitution.

While it may be true that the convicted killer may not have been in that parking lot if he was arrested and deported before he killed her, it's asinine to say that immigration policy killed that woman. Really, it was chance. The killer clearly had issues; taking PCP while out with his 1-year-old daughter. Coming from a country that's underdeveloped and seeking a better life from another country where Teabaggers have been working for decades to deport immigrants, in spite of our national history of welcoming immigrants (see the Statue of Liberty's "Give us your poor..."). If we had a better society, that troubled, young man might have had the support and help he needed to beat his problems, and not turned on the kindly, younger woman.

It was chance? really? If our LAWS were enforced that perp would still be in his country of origin and not able to kill someone here.
Yes, we welcome immigrants from other countries with open arms if they come here LEGALLY! There are thousands that wait for their turn to come here LAWFULLY and those that break our laws(including immigration laws) should be deported!

Tea Party screws themselves.

They need to be doing like the libs and promise everyone everything.

Then, once they get in, do mass deportation.
