I laugh a lot, but like you mean, I guess about a month, month and a half ago. When me and my friends get together, it's usually a lot of fun, last time was a BBQ.
Thinking about the reason we laughed like that, still makes me laugh now,

I've never experienced that. However, I had bronchitis back in the winter and every time I coughed I thought my chest was going to explode, which isn't really what you're looking for, but that's the first, last and only time my chest hurt the next day.

Mine was years ago, I think 04 or 05. we got together for an all-nighter of RPGplaying. Star Wars.
Don't even remember the mission all that well, all I could remember is that I wa ssurrounded by people who made me laugh and we were trading jokes, eating pizza, chugging soda til 5am, and we slept over til the weekend afternoon. I spent the day after with a sore ribs, but I'll always remember how that felt.
I got back together with the same friends recently last month, and it's so amazing how whenever we get together, it's always fun, and it's like no time has passed even though for some of us it's been literally years in between game nights.
