If you don't want people's opinions, you shouldn't ask for them. You made a "rate me" thread on a dating site, so you got rated and you got honest opinions from women, which is what you claimed you wanted, right?

Lots of women don't want to see a guy with his shirt off. Period. We don't think it's sexy, or alluring or whatever guys think it is, we think it's tacky and inappropriate. I suppose since guys like to look at women's breasts, they assume we're the same way and would like to see them running around shirtless, and maybe some do, but on the whole, most don't.

Just because you thought it was a good pic, doesn't mean everyone else is going to agree with you and I assume you posted the pic not for yourself, but for others, so their opinion does matter.

I wanted opinions ... I was just surprised because the comment said that it was a "proffesional" picture and that it said I wasn't wearing a shirt in the context like I was bearing all for everyone to see when it didn't even reveal anything.
