Ill raise a glass of Woodford Reserve Four Wood to that...

I'll toast that with a bottle of Mad Dog.

But, I wouldn't be caught dead being a liberal.

gee....I've found a few of those empties in the gutter by the street where my old bus stop was on the east side of the city years ago in Dayton, Ohio

....that;s the first I've seen in the hay...surprised

I'll share mine in the hay with ya!

From TheWeek.com: "Study: Liberals drink more alcohol than conservatives"

Here is an excerpt:
These findings are consistent with other recent studies in other parts of the world showing that people with socialist views tend to drink more.

Insert joke here.

The Kennedy family proved that one for us.

how ironic, cause conservatives serve their kids wine,,

lol

And all liberals do is whine

The conservatives here are an awfully whiny bunch.

ain't that the truth...lol

Anyone towing either line of this 2 party system is a whiner.

Thank Joe (as George Carlin would say) for Independents and Libertarians to keep them both at least slightly in line or somewhat honest!

Socialism is a great thing until you run out of other peoples money to spend.

Chica?
You're right DD.
Some. Many, many will run with UI till all the extensions run out.

Between that, collecting welfare benis, under the table jobs and mooching off family, they become chronically unemployed and slaves to the welfare system.

Hmmm. is this quantity of alcohol or number of conservatives v number of liberals.

I think Rob Ford has got quantity covered and he's a conservative.
You remember Rob Ford, the Toronto guy impersonating Chris Farley. Coke, booze, all sortsa fun.

And that nothing compared to what the last Kennedy Congressman did or the Liberal Mayor of Washington Marion DC Barry caught on camera and arrested by the FBI for buying, selling and smoking crack. Not to mention his various other legal troubles since then.

I thought we were talking about alcoholism. The example of Ted Kennedy is I assume a reference to Chappaquiddik (sp?) which is an incident revealing poor character moreso than alcoholism. Both examples are far from current. Im sure if this thread were a competition about character, we could find lots of examples from either conservatives, or liberals. Again, I wonder why it matters to anyone, whether they are conservative or liberal if they need help. Im neither so maybe thats why I dont care? What does it actually communicate to you?

Rivalry, diversion and misdirection in lieu of intelligence perhaps? laugh

The whole 2 party sham and con is the real problem with America.

Career criminals.... er uh....politicians, with more focus on re-election and lining their own pockets with bribes from corporate lobbyists than dealing with the issues and problems actually facing America

How exciting, profitable, or entertaining would the super bowl be if only two teams were ever allowed in the league?

As with gov't, it's always the same parties, telling the same lies, taking the same money, from the same corporate donors and lobbyists, supporting either welfare or warfare, controlling the narrative thru media manipulation, offering only two points of view..... with people expecting change or something different as a result.

The game is played between the real competition in the super bowl these days....... who produces the best or most exciting corporate commercial

Ignorance is bliss? laugh

ignorance is bliss? more like insanity. You know the definition of insanity is to do the same thing over and over the same way but expecting different results? Sounds like the electoral process.
