I cant stand watching these Valentines Day commercials. People make such a big deal about the day.

I agree its a loaded holiday

Valentine's day opens an opportunity for some business to profit and it's a theme they can use for a special wherein a lot of people can relate to.

I don't need another reason to be obligated into buying gifts and going out on a day that everyone has the same idea. It allows businesses to raise prices and take advantage of people. Unless your single, then you have another reason to feel lonely as everyone asks you what your doing on V day. But if that's what you like then have at it

It's not just Valentines commercials I find annoying, I can't stand ANY commercial. Whether it's on tv or radio or a poster. I find them really cheesy and patronizing. I mean seriously, a woman running through a grassy field, wearing the biggest smile, while she's on her period, is just unaccurate to the reality of that. Oh yeah, I really feel like going skating today, even though my stomach feels like it's been charged into, by eleven bulls. I only take notice if it's about some celebrity I have a crush on.

I myself dont understand what the deal is about!!!!! Really ****ed up wid such commercials... dey shud be banned!!

The commercials for chocolates just made me get the munchies when I'd see them...

The only ones making such a big deal about it are the ones that keep complaining about it.

I hate the jewelery commercials so much..terrible couples that shouldn't be together in those commercials too
