someone save me if you can
fix this heart of a broken man
love has left me bitterly cold
broken shattered and feeling old

there is a sadness in my soul
someone please make me feel whole
im standing on the edge of despair
my heart in need of loving repair

a love that is true is all i seek
for the fruit of heartache is bitter sweet

please don't judge me for the way i look
open me to find a love greater than in any book

hold my heart tenderly in your hand
and i shall fill your cup with all it can stand
fix what is broken inside
and forever shall i stand by your side

give light to my soul and set my heart to mend
and you shall recive a love that never ends
