I recently discovered the U.S.senate to declare united states a battle ground, giving The armed forces impunity. U.S citizens can be stopped and/or even thrown in jail. So what, the Senate can declare anything it wants but if it is repugnant to the constitution it is a nullity void of law. What is remarkable though is the number of people that will bow before the nullity and take it up the kester. But in order for the people to restore their rights, they must stand on them. The government, both parties not just one or the other, depend on the people being divided and they use numbers. For the people to again be the master of their public servants as the constitution instilled, they must break the matter down to an individual basis. What that means is to not go after the police department, go after the individual officer and hold his chain of command, each individually, responsible. Sue them using the common law in courts of record, not the nis pris courts. |

Quite a bit actually and again I project that you have no thoughts just little sarcastic remarks that add nothing to the discussion. |

Sarcasm is a parable. It only suggests lack of due consideration when it is either an inaccurate inferrence, or you don't understand the parable.
Martial law has not been formally declared in the US. So in this universe all military personnel are still subject to the same laws as everybody else when off their bases. That would be the opposite of impunity. |
