Bombshell Report Links Hillary Clinton To Missing State Department Billions

According to an Inspector General's report, a staggering $6 billion dollars in State Department funds is missing -misplaced, - in the words of Hillary Clinton. In one case, Hillary Clinton wrote a $50 million check for "services performed". The paperwork for what exactly the "services performed" were has also been "misplaced". Just for the Iraq Embassy in Bagdad, a staggering $2 billion is missing! Obama's response to Hillary Clinton "misplacing" $6 billion dollars?

"What difference does it make!"

But Hillary Clinton has bigger problems than a few billion dollars missing: It has now come out that her 2008 presidential campaign was illegally funded by businessman Jeffrey Thompson, with Clinton crony and former DNC chief Minyon Moore pulling the strings.

But there's more: court documents show that Thompson illegally funded dozens of campaigns - and guess who he supported in 2012? You guessed it: Barack Hussein Obama.

America, Barack Hussein Obama more than likely received dirty money from Thompson and therefore stole the election. Will our Attorney General, the illustrious Eric Holder, investigate Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama's shadow campaigns?

Yeah, when hell freezes over......

The "What difference does it make" statement was in response to congressmen asking whether the attack was from Al Qaeda militants or just a mob of locals upset about a YouTube video. Not in response to the "missing" $6 billion.

Also, the "report" was actually an alert that the filings were incomplete or missing, which isn't all that surprising given that "emergency contingency funds" or whatever they call it in the State Department, in Iraq & Afghanistan, the operation tempo was such that a lot of the money pretty much flew out the window without receipts, in order to ensure timely action and to protect sensitive identities. I don't know if any of those funds alluded to in the alert were ECF, but that would likely explain hundreds of $millions of it. I do find it interesting that they went back 6 years from the date of the alert, so it includes 2008, and Hillary didn't come along until 2009. In 2008, we were still burning through about $4 billion each week just paying for Middle East security.

Lose $6 billion, what the heck it only money just so long as it wasn't spent on security for a shady deal with a few dead Americans. But I wonder just how much was spent on hit teams for political opponents and busybody reporters?

Audits. A recent OIG audit of the closeout process for contracts supporting the U.S. Mission in Iraq revealed that contracting officials were unable to provide 33 of 115 contract
files requested in accordance with the audit sampling plan.

Conclusion:
The Department should take additional action to correct its inadequate enforcement of the FAR's provisions, and its own procedures, that govern the maintenance of contract files. The failure to enforce those requirements exposes the Department to significant financial risk and makes OIG oversight more difficult. It creates conditions conducive to fraud, as corrupt individuals may attempt to conceal evidence of illicit behavior by omitting key documents from the contract file. It impairs the ability of the Department to take effective and timely action to protect its interests, and, in turn, those of taxpayers. Finally, it limits the ability of the Government to punish and deter criminal behavior.

An audit sampling plan only requested 115 files of which 33 could not be provided. That means almost 30 percent of the files are missing. Those 33 files account for $2.1 billion and of the ones that were provided, 48 of the 82 files files reviewed had discreptancies of another $2.1 billion. And of the 8 contracts review for Bureau of Indian Affairs, none, zero were complete.

And of course no one would ever expect Hillary to lie or commit fraud, except on a grand scale. But then look at the benefits, it limits governments ability to punish and deter criminal behavior. Imagine.

But that's ok, just keep drinking the kool aid.

Okay, so you think Hillary Clinton was the person in charge of filling out receipts and forms at the Department of State, and I'm the one drinking kool-aid? You're a funny, funny man.

So I guess the janitor would be in charge of the billions. And why not with this mess, probably had that trash paper all over the floor.

Just who do you think was supposed to be in charge, sure doesn't seem like the female dog Clinton. She was probably licking up the mess after Slick Willie and an intern played with the cigars or having another enemy taken care of. And of course getting Ambassadors and staff killed takes so much time, can't keep track of what goes on in her department.

What else can you expect from an inept neo-fascist female dog. And keep on drinking that kool aid.

Everyone knows "when" it was said, and had you read the post you would understand that it was used in reference by the author to make a point, and NOT as a quote related to the article.

Gee..... I don't know..... I guess any flunky in the State Dept can write a check for $52 MILLION dollars and not bother with even a receipt or a paper trail now?

You seem to think so anyway......
