I'm Christian, but it's been few years since last i went to the church. So, I would say that I'm not religious. I have my moment where I mad at Him, I smoke, have tattoos, swearing like pirate and all..but I still carry on some things as being Christian. I still say grace before I eat, reading psalm and pray for my daily thing.

So, how Christian are you?

There is no such thing as "how Christina are you?" As there's no set guidelines on what make's Christian or not. In my eyes, the word Christiain is somebody who tries to be like our Christ Jesus.

How does one judge how Christian you are? Is it how much you believe? How much you pray? How much you get judged by others? If you sin less than others?
We all live as best as we can and do our best to follow the beliefs that we hold true. I'm not going to sit here and say I haven't screwed up in life. I know there are others who judge me but I live my life at peace and do the best I know how.

yeah, kind of like asking how american are you

or how female are you

or how black are you

its just not really quantitative enough for such a 'measure',,,,,you just are or you arent,,,

Inherently,

I am not Christ-like at all. It's all by the grace of God that I have any good in my being at all. How Christian are you is what a lot of religious people ask, but God doesn't want religion, He just wants you :).

God doesn't care about "religion" God cares about what's in your heart. All our actions flow from our heart and thus why we are judged on our actions because they are a reflection of what's truly inside.

Amen Brother :), He will Judge us according to our righteousness, luckily I have none. But the man who lives in my heart has it all. Jesus is my Counselor, and therefore we'll be good.

What do you think that it means for a person to be a Christian?

It goes back to a question of how do you quantify this? How do you know what is I'm my heart as opposed to other people who post on here?
I see many people on here who read, quote, and cite the bible. Does that mean their faith or mine is any bigger than any one else's?
Does that make their heart or mine more pure than anyone else?

If our actions are a true reflection of what's truly inside, that means we can be at peace. Speaking for myself, it took me a long time to understand this and be at peace.
