Great, my son's school just called, apparently my son may have broken his ankle. His dad's taking him to the ER so I don't know anything yet. But, of course, we're leaving on a mini-vacation in the morning! I swear, everytime we go somewhere he gets sick. My poor baby!

Thanks Ms Teddy! He does heal quickly, he was in an accident in February and lost a kidney but bounced back quickly and he broke his elbow when he was 6 and that healed fast so I'm assuming this will too!

i know ALOT about busted ankles and there are so many new procedures i expect your youngin will bounce back just as fast as the kidney issue. Wee ones just AMAZE me the way they heal so fast!!! give me a holler if you have any questions. I have endured over 20 surgerys and await another one.

Wow Barbie! That's a lot of surgery. I raised my younger brother and at one point or another, he's broken just about everything there is to break. So, I'm kind of used to it. Thankfully, though, I found out a little while ago, it's not broken, just sprained. So, all's well.

maybe he is agoraphobic (moderately) and does not like going to unfamiliar places

thus he inadvertently has a situation arise

but hey what do i know

good luck hope it turns out to not be serious

Actually, he loves new places and situations, the kid's a born traveler. Plus, this time we were going to visit his cousins, his favorite people in the world. But, he's doing well, did a little too much running around this weekend so his ankle's sore, I have a hard time feeling sorry for him. I warned him I wasn't taking him back to the ER if he did anything else bigsmile bigsmile

I know, one of my best friends is that way, it's scary! I don't know what it is with my son, I think he gets overexcited and doesn't sleep well, maybe it affects his immune system. But, it never fails bigsmile
