I've recently joined but lost my password! I'm told I can change my password but in order to do that I have to produce my existing one. Is there a way of dealing with this, has anyone any ideas? Thank you.

At LOGIN, there is a red link next to the box where you enter your Password, that says "Forgot Your password?" http://mingle2.com/user/forgot_password It allows you to be sent the password. |

Hello,
Mingle is not being any helpful. I have deactivated an account of mine and i forgot the password. Everytime i ask to recover the password, i dont get the link ti reset the password on my email How can i solve this problem? Thanks |

Why is a password needed, if someone deactivated his/her own account?

It could be in your spam folder.
And you have to use the email account you set up the profile with originally. |
