There are different levels of maturity. I teach 9 to 12 year old kids that have a level of maturity but that doesn't mean they are on the same maturity level that I am on. I believe maturity is based on one's life experience. I think some handle it well when the maturity comes with age and others don't deal with it well; so they revert to being immature which does happen in mid life crisis.

When you take full responsibility for all your actions and their effect on yourself and others?

I agree with what you have said ... but doesn't that relate to a mature person that is older ... and has had experiences to teach them what responsibility is ... I think it has to come with laws to which you may look mature like you are older and even act ... but does the law say they are still underage ... and have that protection ... becouse of age ... and not saying once you have become of age... does not mean some are mature either... but your answer makes a lot of since and still agree with u ...

Maturity is realising that Jerry is a bum (tom and Jerry show), and feeling sorry for tom rather than praising jerrys cleverness..bigsmile
