Topic: Instant Messenger Not showing up

i am using google chrome but now i am not able to see the instant messenger bar despite of clicking on instant message option... please help me out with this issue... i am not able to chat with any one

I am having the same problem i cant use instant messenger and i use google chrome i hope they fix this problem soon

Please make sure you go to this link and turn your instant message on first. http://mingle2.com/user/show_settings Unless you have it turned on you will not be able to use it. Site Mod Kristi

Thanks for the reply, but it is turned on and if i refresh page for 5 to 7 times chat bar shows up but then individual chat window doesn't show up....

I apologize for the lack of IM access, sam4fun89, but a small percentage of accounts do not have working IMs. I wish I could tell you when this bug will be fixed.

sam4fun89, you may want to deactivate this account and try a new one. I wish that I could say the bug will be corrected with regard to your account soon, but I can't. eastonsmommy2013, the site's IM is only available when using the full site.

i even tried deactivating this account and created new one...but the instant messaging not working there.......either....please help me out....
