I guess it's somewhat just that the person most responsible for the tragedy caught the bullet, but the lives of her children and the rest of her family will be much harder. Imagine growing up knowing you killed your mother as a toddler. Sad.

There is no reason on the planet earth a child should be able to touch a real gun. A two year old child. This story seem so unreal that it is real.

This story can fall under Murphy's law is an adage or epigram that is typically stated as: Anything that can go wrong, will sooner or later go wrong. I think the best thing for the child is to be put up for Adoption change his name an maybe he will never hear the story.
