I have been off the site for quite sometime. and now that im back I cannot answer my messages. your site keeps asking for some code. and I don't know what it is. p[lease fix this. this is now the second time have asked for help. |

Everyone has had to verify their email one time, you
might have missed that :-) "For anybody that has checked their spam folder to no avail, please send an email from your registered email address to the following address: m2.support@nextc.com Give your message "verification" for its title." ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ So, you would go to whatever email you have listed here: http://mingle2.com/inbox/mail_settings and send an email to: m2.support@nextc.com with "verification" as the subject. They will take it from there :-) |

Hi. Ok so kind of a similar problem except I got the code and have entered it when prompted about 7 times still nothing.

I have not received the verification email, therefore I cannot respond to my messages (email) from other members. I have checked my spam, I have emailed m2.support@nextc.com, no reply yet, I have emailed mingle2 through the "contact us" link, no reply yet. I have even checked that my email is working properly.
I feel bad for the people who have sent messages. I hope they don't think I am being rude or don't care to respond. Is anyone else having this problem? |

It is my understanding that it is automated, once you send that email from your outside email. |
