Is it appropriate for a lady to propose to a man?
well here in Australia, we must be quite progressive, a lot of girls do the proposing, sure its not the norm but it is quite common.....me, I am one and one....drinker

op... I would think anything goes now a days
I would ask someone out ... but not sure if...
I would ask them to marry me ... an that is because ...
I have been married before an ...not young and with someone ...
for yrs to tell them shi* or get off the pot ...all
of my proposal came from the men first ...
so not sure what others might do ...

I think it`s not correct. I prefer traditional relations, when a man makes proposal to a woman. But I know that some men like girls who take initiative. One of them I found on https://kovla.com. So, he wants me to be persistent, so wish I from his part. Should I be more persistent and change my opinion or follow my principles.

I don't see anything wrong with just talking about getting married. Being on the same page helps. Asking? I don't know. Not completely against that but it's rare.

Be careful with opinions like that. Some people don't think it's appropriate to have that opinion, even though the question was asked. Then again, you're a woman, so maybe it's ok for you to think the man should propose.
