Yeah, I'm not really good with exercising. I was born with too many orthopedic problems. My ankles, knees and hips are really bad. I'm trying to deal with it on my own.

But you have a great advantage - you're not tall - the short people recover fast, they're reaction is good and they usually don't have problems with obesity.
Horse riding or bicycling might be your thing ..

You need to be more active & reduce your daily calories. You cant lose fat on one specific part, you need to work your entire body. There is no magic pill the best and safest way to lose fat is through excercise & a reduced daily calorie intake

Too bad for that but even with those conditions its possible. If i had a look at your ankles, knees and hips i would've suggested the ideal workout :angel: but for now you could take it easy with normal excercise like walking

All these conditions can like hip pain etc can be diminished. It all starts with the mind & as the unknown one training u one on one :angel:

Sorry to hear that, pain is actually a terrible thing. How about swimming then .. it's like weightlessness - might help to heal and creates an overall good feeling?
