Read what I said! I said I DON'T care what people do at home. I said when it is in the public...it does involve the public. Whether they drive after, caise a disturbance, selling it, etc. If someone wants to drink or do drugs, keep it at home. If at home you have a lot of drugs, that become intent to sell or distribute If it infringes on others rights, then it's criminal behavior. When selling, you can have trouble makers. Never know when a drug deal gone bad will happen. Again I repeatedly said not a problem to me as long as it stays behind closed doors so how does someone walking down the street smoking a joint infringe on your rights, theyre not hurting you, threatening you? or if someone walks down the street and pulls something out of their pocket and snort it up their nose, thats not hurting you, or threatening you, how is that infringing upon your rights? and how does having a large amount of drugs make you automatically a dealer, everything is CHEAPER when you buy in bulk. i could have a pound of weed at my house, does that mean im selling it? absolutely not it just means i smoke alot and buy it in bulk to save money. If kids see it...it does bother people. Many don't want the kids to see it. Many adults don't want to either. I left out the word can in my post. It can become intent to sell. If you are high as a kite and in public creating a nuisance, then it affects others. Plus everyone knows it is illegal. Don't want legal problems, don't do anything illegal Just like if I speed. I know it's against the law. I own my actions and take the consequences just because your high doesnt necessarily mean your going to create a nuisance. and i could wear a shirt with a pot leaf on it, parents might not want their kid to see it, does that mean it should be illegal? or if the adult doesnt like it, does that mean it should be illegal? just because you dont approve of something someone does doesnt mean it should be illegal. |

but if they give me that kind of attitude im not afraid to give it right back, its my right to say what i feel as long as i dont threaten them. and just because i have some choice words for them (which they instigate in the first place) doesnt give them the right to hit me while im handcuffed and mase me and throw me in a cell with my eyes burning. Then go ahead, have at it if you feel the need. My advice is solid. Reminds me of a time when I was in Mexico, Some dumb azz American decided to push a armed hotel security guard into the pool because the guard asked him nicely to keep the drunk yelling down. That poor bastard was dragged away by his ankles while he kept screaming "I'm American! I have rights you know"   respect is a 2 way street, if a cop doesnt show me respect i have no obligation to show him respect. like i said i dont just go around talking smack to cops but if they act like disrespectful thugs, im not afraid to give them a piece of my mind. ok, no one explained the rules to you I see. A peace officer owes you nothing, he doesn't know you, all he is trying to do is his job and get to the bottom of the disturbance and keep the peace. So you want to give him lip service and blur the lines for him to make a decision? Like I said, have at it! but you fall in the 10% that can't shut the hell up and they get kicked in the head for it lol  yea peace officer haha good one. and i dont owe him anything either. he gets my tax dollars that enough. and still cops have no right to "kick you in the head" because you talk back to them. |

And why do I get the feeling that when you ARE in the presence of cop, you either.... me respect i have no obligation to show him respect. like i said i dont just go around talking smack to cops but if they act like disrespectful thugs, im not afraid to give them a piece of my mind. A) Say "yes officer", "no officer", or "whatever you say officer" ...or B) Crap your pants? and how would you know? have you met me before? didnt think so. so how did u come up with that claim? like i said i am not disrespectful to all cops, only ones who think that a badge is an excuse for them to act like a hotheaded thug. if i encounter a cop and hes cool i will respond like "yes officer" and "no officer" but if they act like a holes for no reason theres nothing that says i have to be nice to them, as long as im not fighting with them or threatening them, legally im not doing anything wrong. theres no law that says you have to be polite to a cop no matter what. |

i only bash the deserving ones if that makes you feel any better. like i said before many times, i dont hate all cops. i only hate the ones that use the badge as an excuse to act like @$$holes. and yea i have a different perspective on it then most people because i have had a family member that was killed by a police officer unjustly.

i only bash the deserving ones if that makes you feel any better. like i said before many times, i dont hate all cops. i only hate the ones that use the badge as an excuse to act like @$$holes. and yea i have a different perspective on it then most people because i have had a family member that was killed by a police officer unjustly. look at all my posts ,ive mentioned my cousin being shot atleast 5 different times on several different occasions. and no i said some drunk kid was gettin beat by cops and my friend told the cops what they were doing wasnt necessary. 5 seconds later he was in hand cuffs arrested for disorderly conduct just for calling the cops out on their illegal actions. and yes i myself was beaten by cops, they took me to a cell in city hall, punched me in the back of the head multiple times before macing me and throwing me in the cell while other cops stood there laughing. look at my posts, thats what i said. |
