Sinkholes open up on golf course Updated: By: WTSP RIDGEDALE, Mo. -- Top of the Rock Golf Course just went from 18 holes to 22. The addition of four sinkholes has geological engineers observing the land. They say the largest of the holes, considered "medium-sized," was 60 feet by 80 feet wide and 35 feet deep. A nearby pond will be drained so more water can't flow into the sinkholes to make them worse. Filling in the biggest sinkhole is expected to take one or two weeks.
