exhausted.. have not been sleeping well.... stressed out a little bit.. .. and it is always hot here.. no relief... ... I'm thinking I may go fishing.. Hay...pink.. you want to come.wink. So-so ... I have a problem with my organ of balance, which may or may not be permanent, may or may not get worse. Sigh. Right now it's pretty bad, after my treatment at the osteopath' this afternoon. My neck was in really bad shape, so it could be that sorting that will remedy the balance thing, but it's wait and see. My neck was so bad, I will need another treatment. She couldn't get it done in one go, too much. It hasn't been this bad for several years, so I ain't happy, nor am I happy about the balance thing. I hope it will settle, and not end up with yet another effing ailment!

Feeling really sad for a co-worker as her elderly dog isn't doing too well. She's heartbroken as she's had her dog for 12 years.
