Topic: Post your weight....if you dare :-) | |

I am a steady 195. I feel good at that weight. I think ( according to medical standards) my ideal weight is around 170-175.. for my height. I have seen men my height at about 170- 175.. they look like skeletons. I think a persons ideal weight is the weight that person feels good at.. not what some chart says you SHOULD feel good at. I agree. The chart isn't gonna be accurate for everybody. Sounds like you're 6'0'' or taller if your ideal weight is 170. |

I really am not afraid to post my height and age and weight, but what is it OP that you want to gain by posting this thread? Just curious.

I know this isn't gonna be a popular thread for the ladies but the dudes probably won't care. (might not even be the right location for this topic) Go for it! I'll start. Currently 160 lbs. Mine fluctuates greatly though. How about y'all? Uh, a person's weight, by itself, says nothing about that person's health. 160# may be healthy for a man who is 5'9", but it is unhealthy for a man who is 4' 9". A person's body mass index is what matters. |

Y'all blowing this out of proportion. I didn't intend for this thread to feel like a personal training room. BMI, height-to-weight ratio, all that....all I asked was for y'all to post your weight...the number....that's it.

True. if you are 195 and 5'.6".. it is one thing. 195 at 6.1.is another. |
