It's pretty sad for me. I don't actively try to meet people anymore. lol and last year I saw "the other woman" with one of my girlfriends and we laughed so hard at the truth of it all. I kinda have a fear that the older men are usually all taken and the ones that aren't are the rejects. And then a few dates will always remind me that this is probably the case. If you come up with a better game plan than I do please share it Crystal :)

Well, I was thinking that Metal's idea is quite good. Find out what type fits with you and try to work out that way where you could find such a man, where that type would likely hang out or go.

Problem is, I've done some Myers-Briggs tests, and I come up with two different types all the time. Frigging test is so black & white. I don't do black & white.
Depending on which aspect of me is dominant at the moment of doing the test, lol. I always have that problem with each and every personality test. I see right through the questions, basic psychology, and I'm a smart woman. I know what's behind the question, so it's very easy for me to steer the test into a certain direction. Happens subconsciously.
Also, I have an extrovert and introvert aspect, I can be very active and more contemplative, very calm & collected and bubbly & spontaneous.
In that sense I'd be best off with a bloke who's calmer, steady, but not a boring f@rt. And he's gotta be strong, because I am too and I know I will walk all over someone who hasn't got a proper backbone.
Not the thrill-seeker type, I can provide enough thrill myself, lol. As long as he has a good sexdrive shades
Sigh... I guess I'll have to do the friggin test again, and try to really plug in to my core personality/strongest tendencies.

BUT, I was thinking, maybe we could have a topic here, based on the Myers Briggs, where different personality types tell where they tend to go. Unfortunately there are 16 types, so that would be quite something, haha. Would become ONE big mess in the thread unless there'd be 16 different ones.

I don't see your need for concern here. This sounds so ideal to me. Mmmm
