people will always believe something when presented with a series of events,, its natural for the mind to fill in the blanks and boy' your mind did fill in the blanks ![]() Thug lives matter. Thug? I read that he was a "gentle Giant". not really I understood the facts the deceased stole cigarettes, pushed a clerk the deceased struggled with the armed officer and then ran deceased ended up shot dead ,,,,,nothing to fill in, an UNARMED person was shot dead,,,after RUNNING from police we have a system of trial by jury here, so I really dont care if he was jack the ripper, if he was unarmed, killing him was wrong and unjust despite of it being deemed legal A thief who assaulted a store clerk, then ran like a sissy from the cops. Yeah, that fits the definition of a thug. Most jurisdictions, including the one you live in, allow cops to shoot fleeing criminals. and IM not alright with that,,, speaking of 'sissy',, its a real sissy move,,, |

HAND UP, DON'T POOT..... .....when you commit a felony, refuse an officer's orders, attack him and reach for his weapon, run off and then decide to come back, lower your head and charge him. Play stupid azz games, win stupid azz prizes. Good riddance. not proven,,,,after the 'running off' part,,,we only know at some point he faced the officer,(according to many in an attempt to give up), the rest is unproven allegation,,, |

Breaking News. The White House despite popular belief is not a courthouse. The President
Does not have the power to thumb through the docket of any court he wishes and change or influence the outcome of any case regardless of his personal beliefs. To say that the White House 'cleared it' as if the house itself or anyone residing within has jurisprudence has no basis in legitimate legislation. |

Breaking News. The White House despite
Who said it was? Let's review the OP shall we?
popular belief is not a courthouse. "" In response to a petition, the administration repeated the Justice Department's conclusion that there were no grounds for an indictment."" "" On Tuesday, the administration""...i.e. the White house...."" reiterated the Justice Department's conclusion that there were no grounds to indict"" Comprende? The Justice Dept appointed by the White House aka The administration aka Obama's administration.....it's really pretty simple. |

popular belief is not a courthouse. "" In response to a petition, the administration repeated the Justice Department's conclusion that there were no grounds for an indictment."" "" On Tuesday, the administration""...i.e. the White house...."" reiterated the Justice Department's conclusion that there were no grounds to indict"" Comprende? The Justice Dept appointed by the White House aka The administration aka O Obama's administration.....it's really pretty simple. Incorrect. The Justice Department isn't a member of the Presidents cabinet. The Attorney General is. The Justice Department is a part of the Executive Branch of the government. The President appoints his cabinet members, not the agencies they represent. If that were the case our Supreme Court Justices would be selected every 4-8 years. They sit for life. So Judge Sonja Soto Mayor can't be replaced because the next President has someone else in mind. Nor can the next President throw a tenth Justice in to cancel her vote out. This was part of the checks and balances written into our Constitution, it's called separation of power. Every President in any of our lifespans has had a Department of Justice, none of them outright controlled it. The same goes for the rest of the department's, Agriculture for example. The President doesn't appoint everyone in the department, just the Minister. Presidents would spend 20-25 years selecting and appointing thousands of people... Anyway The Attorney General at the time, Eric Holder, was sent there by the President to inquire and oversee the investigation. Holder returned to a White House under seige by reporters asking ridiculous questions that he couldn't answer. Brown did steal cigarillos from the store, unarmed, which I don't think is a felony. Brown was confronted by Wilson, the only things we know for sure is that there was a struggle at the car Brown put some distance between himself and Wilson, Wilson fired far too many shots including shots to the head that were unnecessary. Holder couldn't pick witnesses judge or jury. He couldn't overturn a verdict, he couldn't fabricate witnesses or evidence and he couldn't change the local laws. Holder's hands were tied going in which is why he resigned his position. He had too much integrity to sway the investigation or its findings towards the court of public opinion, which in Ferguson Missouri at the time was against Wilson. Now that officers wear bodycams they can't take a suspect behind a car or out of view of a dashcam that may or may not be rolling. Now when an officer shoots a civilian, criminal or not, we don't just agree with whatever the cop says because he's an officer of the law. We see what he says and how events actually take place and determine based upon video evidence if the officer is telling the truth or even recalling details accurately. |

I, President, Barrack Hussein Obama, appoint you Tony the water cooler guy in the Department of Homeland Security Auxiliary office on E. Main street Poughkeepsie N.Y.
Do you Tony vow to keep our water chilled but not frozen, so that we may quench our thirst on taco Tuesday? You know Javier is always throwing extra jalapenos on them, where you at Javier? |

I propose a petition to the White House to force the department of agriculture and the 4s tree service to make real trees that look more like realtree camo. All that agree say I and dot on the sign.

With the recent wave of blacks killing cops, sandwich shop workers, shooting recklessly into crowds or killing themselves in black on black drug related shootings, I wonder if Al Sharpton's " action team" closes the window shades and just waits it out? al sharptons action network regularly addresses these things, dont rely on getting all your information from biased news and public opinion threads,,, Thanks for the advise, but actually I get my news from many different sources. And I have to tell ya... he's pretty quiet right now. As for opinion, mine is forged by me.. not threads ;) |

The
. Minister? We have a minister at the Justice Dept? Ooooooookay.....
President doesn't appoint everyone in the department, just the Minister. Every President in any of our lifespans
Um.....you DO realize the president CAN fire the AG....oops, "Minister"(teeheehee oh that makes me lol) at any time, don't you? So yes, he does, in fact, control the DOJ.
has had a Department of Justice, none of them outright controlled it. Brown did steal cigarillos from the store,
It is called string armed robbery...which is a felony
unarmed, which I don't think is a felony Brown
Oh God forbid a law enforcement officer confront someone who just committed a felony...egads! was confronted by Wilson, ![]() Holder couldn't pick witnesses
But libs damn sure wish he woulda fabricated evidence....I mean, he IS the minister and all judge or jury. He couldn't overturn a verdict, he couldn't fabricate witnesses or evidence and he couldn't change the local laws. Holder's hands were tied ![]() The lengths some go to defend a personal opinion or agenda here is fascinating....in a ridiculous sorta way lol |

As for opinion, mine is forged by me.. not threads ;) he is WORKING right now,,when the news chooses to cover his work,, I will be impressed Really? too busy to comment on current events?...and for quite some time? his work load never seemed to be that large when he felt a white created a crime against a black. Him and his "reaction team" bolt for the "Sharpton Bat mobile" in record time.. reaching the Sheraton and the microphones before the case is cold. But now... well, just the sound of crickets from the " command center" And since you seem to have a inside track on his agenda and his work load, what exactly is he "WORKING" on right now?. Please, do tell. When his "work" actually is news, I will be impressed. But I will give him the benefit of the doubt, maybe he is still helping his daughter learn to lead a normal life after that devastating ankle injury. |
