how can i fix my pictures..help please..i use photobucket..  hope you don't mind, fixed it by uploading to my album(temporarily) and redoing it....but I found out why it's not working. .I'll put a guide together tonight for people that use the photobucket app Sir? No need for this. I don't think your partner will appreciate it. It's okay. I will try to post another picture. In time, I will learn. The guide will be a big help though. |

I was honestly just trying to figure our why it wouldn't work, because if it is a privacy setting (which is what it seems to be mainly) then I shouldn't have been able to see it on their site either. Which to me raises the concern are their 'private' photos actually staying that way? especially because the app wants to 'auto-back-up' all photos from your phone. but states it keeps them private by default, I apologize if I overstepped, I'm working on getting into Network Security so when I see potentially security flaws such as this one, I tend to dive deeper and see how far it goes, amd if it is real or not. I should have explained and asked your permission first. I have deleted the picture, and will hopefully have the guide done by Monday, but I'll also include how to opt-out of auto backups and also alternative sites that may be used. would hate for anyone to accidentally share pictures that they didn't mean too...had a friend do that when Google+ came out...it was supposed to be a very private picture and she accidentally shared it with over 100,000 people |

Anyways  I'm trying it in my mobile phone..still not successful BUT I just sent my mobile pic via gmail.. and use a pc.. Uhmm..by the way..I'm not good with taking pictures..haha Test2 |

ABOUT THE PICCIES: whenever the URL of the pictures gets long with lots of weird symbols in it, Mingle will NOT accept it. Don't know why.
FOR INSTANCE: mypicture.jpg will work fine (with the IMG tags of course) WHEREAS my*&$_@*#@)#@_$()+@%$picture*%&$*&)^&.jpg will NOT work When I look at the URLS from ChronicLiar (show up when you quote), they are about a mile long. So they won't work. In Photobucket that means that if the picture is 4 subalbums down a main one, the URL will get too long too. EVERY other forum will accept it, no problem (I know cos I got my own forum and always test it there). However, Mingle does NOT. It always p***** me off, cos I will have to change names for Mingle purposes only. As in make the names shorter. Really annoying. FOR INSTANCE if the name of the photo is 2015 08 28 my picture, you will get &&&&&&&#$)($(#$ in all the spaces of the name (Photobucket does that). Then Mingle get hiccups and won't show your photo. I've asked in the HELP Section about this before, to change this, don't think I ever got a reply? But obviously ppl feel the need to share pictures and Mingle makes it bloody difficult. And prolly just takes an update or a small mod to make it work properly. But yeah ... . . |

When I went back this afternoon in photobucket..I could no longer log in- says invalid username and password haha I signed up using another email..uploading a yellow flower..still did not work in mingle haha.. I tried using my mobile phone..earlier..to upload..unsuccessful. I just send my mobile pics via gmail then use a pc and copy the url from there haha.. It works..so big though and you are right..longer URL's than photobucket |

ALL my albums/photos are private, when the URL is normal --> short and no weird %%% in them, they work. Just a weird Mingle thing... |

I'm not sure why mingle just doesn't add an 'attach' picture to a post...if it's server space they could do it with an API, I believe photobucket has an API that would allow them to make it ALOT easier to upload photos here... |
