Usually, If I see someone and have watched how they behave and find that they are kind,sweet and still a good smart ass..I'll try to find a way like most women do that i know, we ask our friends if anyone knows them or politely bump into them. lol I know it's sounds odd but, hey...anything goes from what I've learned so far just so long as it's polite.
