I liked your profile, I thought it was honest and sweet. I liked the fact that you mention your kids.
Now for the blunt bit, your pic needs discarding. You look like an extra out of some rap song video. Granted some girls would go for that look but I'd imagine most wouldn't, not from a 38 year old anyway.

Thank you all for your advice. I will add more pictures and list some interests. Lol. The profile pic wasn't my first choice, I took it at work real quick because mingle kept saying my others were to large. And thank you for wishing me luck, I definitely need it.

Okay profile. The only thing that bothers me is the thing about the children.
I'm not looking to be someone's nr 4 on the list.
I'm not a black & white person, but if it comes to that, I am: If you don't have time in your life for a partner, can't and won't give her your full attention, only have some leftover crumbs for her, and intend to jump whenever the kids scream "jump", then don't date yet. Not really fair to a potential partner. Wait till they're older or have left the nest.
Or learn to find a healthier balance between partner and children.
At the very least give an indication of their age.
