When people send me a message it says I have one but when I go into the message board there are none

More than likely they are deactivated as that is the biggest reason the emails do not appear after being announced.

That doesn't make sense. If a member sends me a message, it should still be viewable in my Inbox regardless of their account status.

That doesn't make sense. If a member sends me a message, it should still be viewable in my Inbox regardless of their account status. We purge messages from scammers and other inappropriate accounts, when necessary. That noted, if your guys' accounts indicate that a member mailed you and the profile is still active, send the user names to me via Mingle2 mail (do not post them here). We will then take a look.

I see. I sent another message to the member to let her know that I didn't see her previous message and then the entire thread appeared. It seems to be working again.
