Hulk Hogan Says He Was 'Completely Humiliated' by Sex Video
By Tamara Lush Former pro wrestler Hulk Hogan said Monday he was "completely humiliated" by the publication of a video showing him having sex with his then-best friend's wife. Testifying in his privacy lawsuit against the Gawker website, Hogan said he didn't authorize the tape to be made or authorize Gawker to publish it. Hogan said when he realized that his best friend, radio personality Bubba the Love Sponge Clem, was involved in making the tape, he began shaking uncontrollably. He added that he felt "badgered" by the Clems into having sex with Heather Clem. Earlier, Hogan testified that he initially thought it was a joke when Clem said his wife wanted to have sex with Hogan. He testified that the Clems had an open marriage. * more on link * http://www.nbcnewyork.com/entertainment/entertainment-news/Hulk-Hogan-Gawker-Sex-Tape-Lawsuit-Opening-Statements-371264441.html?akmobile=o&nms=y/ |

The Hulkster is suing Gawker.com for uploading a video of him and his best friend's wife going at it. He says his world was ruined when his best friend gave the video to the website. Hulk is suing for 100 million dollars. Thoughts? ![]() Banging your best friends wife..... nice one Terry. Out of all the woman out there he had to do that?? If I was his " friend" I would have posted the tape too.. serves both of them well. "" TMZ staffers report that they've seen at least two more videos of Bubba the Love Sponge's ex-wife, Heather (Clem) Cole, having sex with other men in the same bed where she was filmed sleeping with Hulk Hogan . The celebrity website claims the videos were filmed in the same style as the Hogan tape, with an overhead surveillance-style camera. In one video, Clem allegedly checks the camera, "Is this thing recording? Okay, not that I don't trust you but I will get in trouble if it doesn't." In the Hogan tape, both Clem and Bubba acknowledge that they know the sex had been filmed. At one point, Bubba even makes a joke about getting rich by selling the tape. However, Clem's statement in this latest video raises more questions about the purpose of these tapes. At the very least, it seems the couple had an open relationship. The question that remains is if the tapes were for security purposes, or if Bubba has a cuckolding fetish, which is common among swingers. On Monday, Hogan's lawyer announced that the reality-star will seek $100 million in damages from Gawker for posting the tape. The lawsuit also claims that Bubba and Clem recorded Hogan without his permission, though it is not clear how much he is seeking from them. Bubba maintains that he did not leak the tapes. He even goes so far as to suggest that Hogan could have leaked the tapes himself. Bubba has yet to go on record about the purpose of the tapes or the nature of his relationship with Clem."" http://m.cltampa.com/dailyloaf/archives/2012/10/19/more-sex-tapes-surface-of-heather-clem-cole-in-bubbas-bed-with-other-men ![]() Mrs Bubba the Love Sponge. |

Hulk Hogan jury adds $25.1 million to Gawker’s liability in sex tape case
March 21, 2016, by CNN Wire ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — Jurors in the Hulk Hogan sex tape case ignored a plea for mercy Monday and added another $25 million to the $115 million they already awarded ex-wrestler Hulk Hogan. ![]() The jury deliberated nearly four hours before deciding on the punitive part of the case. Hogan had sued Gawker, founder Nick Denton and former editor A.J. Daulerio for violating his privacy by posting a snippet of a sex tape. The six jurors said that Gawker was liable for $15 million in punitive damages and Denton was liable for $10 million. Daulerio was found liable for an additional $100,000. The same jury — four women and two men — hit Gawker with a surprising $115 million damages award on Friday. Shortly after the ruling, Gawker President Heather Dietrick said she was confident the online news site would win the case on appeal. She cited a trove of documents that the jury had not been allowed to see and testimony it was not allowed to hear. “There is so much this jury deserved to know and, fortunately, that the appeals court does indeed know. So we are confident we will win this case ultimately based on not only on the law but also on the truth,” Dietrick said. Monday’s decision came after the judge told the jury what each of the defendants was worth and lawyers for both sides made their arguments. For the company, that’s $83 million, and for Denton, the figure is $121 million, Judge Pamela Campbell told the jurors. Daulerio has no assets, but owes $27,000 in student loans. Earlier Monday Hogan attorney Kenneth Turkel urged the jurors to “make a statement” with punitive damages, and to use the $115 million they awarded as a “guideline.” “You send the message,” Turkel said. “Literally everything was done with a complete and reckless disregard and intent to harm this man,” he added, referring to Hogan. Gawker attorney Michael Berry’s closing argument amounted to a mercy defense, saying “an additional punishment is unnecessary.” He said the verdict returned last week will be “financially devastating” to Denton, and could bring “financial ruin” to Daulerio. The $115 million awarded to Hogan “exceeds the value of the entire company by $30 million,” Berry said. And he told the jurors that their decision will have far reaching implications on the entire news media industry. “Your verdict will send a chill down the spine of writers, producers and publishers throughout the country,” Berry said. http://kdvr.com/2016/03/21/hulk-hogan-jury-adds-25-1-million-to-gawkers-liability-in-sex-tape-case/ ![]() |
