What has been the most life changing experience you've ever had?

IRL...The death of my daughter. The "it can't happen to me" is one helluva false statement.

On the internet...finding Google Image Search several years ago. Real eye opener that unveils the scoundrels of the internet.

Living a thousand miles from home and bottoming out, losing it all, falling flat on my face, no money to get home, and just having to deal with all the humiliation that goes with it,it knocked me down a few pegs but taught me you have to survive because there is no other option.

So many things over the years that it is hard to say just which ones because like pebbles in a pool small changes sometimes become big changes.

my first marriage and first child
my second marriage and second child
any time I have been unemployed

the time when I realized anger and grudges are wasted energy
the time when I realized how silly it is to qualify the character of all individuals of a certain group
