I think the law of attraction is like attracts like.
Positive people are more attracted to other positive people.
Happy people prefer hanging with other happy people, misery likes hanging with other miserable people.


I think wanting what our brains desire is called "normal."
If someone wants something their brain doesn't desire, or doesn't want what their brain is desiring, I think they might need professional help.


So it's impossible for anyone single to be successful or happy?

And if true love is the key to success and happiness, then how do happy and successful people find each other according to the law of attraction (like attracts like)?

I mean if they aren't happy and successful until they achieve/find/feel "true love" (since that's the "key") then that would make them either apathetic or unhappy and unsuccessful people when they actually meet and begin to date.

Or is there like a love at first sight thing going on?
Where people aren't happy or successful and then all of a sudden they see someone, immediately feel true love, and become completely different people, all happy and successful immediately, and that has no consequences on behavior at all?

I disagree with it, assuming I understand what he was trying to say. Mostly, I think he was playing the usual game people tend to play with themselves, drinking in the brain chemicals that come with yearning, and romanticizing the universe, and wishful thinking.

The main problem with such indulgence, is that it's exactly like getting high on an other drug, and then trying to build your real life on what you imagine. You start thinking that slang phrases like "laws of attraction" are actual laws that people can obey without having to take responsibility for their choices and actions.

somehow I thought law of attraction was to envision yourself accomplishing something.
